Stu and Richard initially came around to my flat to assess what needed to be done, and they took the time to listen to what I wanted, as opposed to what they thought I would accept.
The other cleaners I called took days and weeks to come back to me, they never came to look at my flat, just told me there hourly rate and how busy they were – Definitely not the personal touch you want from people who you are going to trust in your home.
The night before my clean Stu texted me to remind me they were coming, which reassured me that I had chosen the right cleaning company.
